"I first found out about the Fertility Programme early in the summer of 2006, when I had been trying to become pregnant for about six months. I was reluctant to try anything that involved too much medical intervention or to go down the route of IVF and was keen to try the more natural and holistic approach offered by the programme. After a few months of improving my general state of health and my fertility by changing my diet, taking various supplements and homeopathic remedies and having some other treatments such as acupuncture, aqua-detox, massage and hypnotherapy, I was very pleased to discover I was pregnant in March of this year and am awaiting the birth of my first baby at the end of November.
I found all the staff at the Naturopathic Centre very helpful and friendly. There is a much more relaxed atmosphere at the Centre than at a conventional medical centre and I appreciate the more personal approach. I also value being in contact via email for minor queries and requests. I am very grateful in particular to Lisa and Sonia for helping me to become pregnant for the first time at age 42 without having to resort to artificial drugs or invasive procedures. "I would have been the last person friends would have expected to work with a Naturopathic Centre and myself would have been sceptical. I was originally encouraged by my fitness coach to help with nutrition and indeed weight loss. The result has actually been a massive health improvement.
As a regular business traveller I suffered from high stess, jet lag, constant diet of coffee & sandwiches on the go - regularly leading to headaches, fatigue, weight gain and prone to all sorts of bugs, etc, all normally cured with high volumes of Aspirin and other over the counter drugs and anti-biotics. I also had other negative signs such as Rosacea.
My initial program allowed me to lose nearly three stone in four months, but more than that I look and feel healthier. I rarely am ill and if I am, I get through it quickly (touch wood). Most importantly, I am more alert and energised and have not needed to visit a GP or take OTC drugs in over 2 years.
The consultations have reduced to 2-3 a year, but the centre has always been there if I needed a check by phone or email. They have helped me understand my body better. If you are prepared to commit the willpower and accept it will take time (and often periods of renewal of willpower) then this is an investment I would recommend - I would testify on the bible that they develop a personal plan for you. I have recommended friends and family to the centre and they have all received very different plans, it is not one size that fits all.
This is not a quick and easy fix, it is a lifestyle change which the centre helps you through."

"To fill you in really briefly I have been feeling ghastly for the last 18 years with so called ME. I have tried all manner of treatments non of which brought any relief, though I am sure all the people I went to did their best.
I had come to terms with the lack of energy but my depression which has always been bad was becoming almost unbearable. I could find nothing to relieve it.

"Naturopathy, as experienced at The Naturopathic Centre, is precisely the preventative, holistic healthcare I've been seeking for years. My husband and I came to the Centre initially just over a year ago. We were both recovering from different but acute problems. Within a month of our first visit I progressed from lying down most of the time to being able to move around but lie down when necessary.
I had never really appreciated that internal organs age with the rest of us! Including wheat and cows milk in the processed foods category and eating from a 'Definitive Shopping List' for 75% of the time has meant a significant change to our diet and lifestyle but there is no doubt that we are both fitter than we have been in a long while. We have been intrigued and surprised by bio-resonance and gladly use that along with monthly check ups which resemble checks that GPs offered years ago to guide us on a regular basis. The Centre is a relaxing place, even at the busiest of times, somewhere I cannot speak of too highly.

"In February 2008 I had my first appointment with Wendy Molyneux (homeopath) and Lisa Steel (naturopath). At the time, I was very ill and barely able to put one foot in front of the other let alone articulate how I was feeling. I immediately felt at ease and through the use of the bio resonance machine and their expertise they were able to provide me with the appropriate remedies and supplements.
Since the first visit I have felt completely supported as my health has steadily improved. Contact has been maintained via phone, email and a personal review in April and June. The remedies and supplements have been altered accordingly to suit my needs.
I have now fully recovered (much quicker that I ever imagined) and cannot praise their professionalism enough."
