Feeling good and in perfect health is not a given; many of us find it hard to maintain good levels of health over long stretches of time. For this reason we have devised a series of wellbeing programmes, focused on different periods of our lives and designed with long-term health in mind. We offer a unique approach to optimal wellbeing to maintain health potential - a philosophy we call Positive Health.

Wellbeing Assessment

The Wellbeing Assessment is unique to the Naturopathic Centre and will give you a comprehensive look at your current state of health and make recommendations about lifestyle changes to be made, a dietary regime to follow and where you might need help and support. Long-term issues can be addressed through our Wellbeing Programme, lasting over a year and comprising 12 sessions

Detox

Our lifestyles cause the build up of toxins in the body tissues, the liver and the gut over a period of time. To give the body a chance to catch up, we recommend that you try to detoxify twice a year - once in the Spring, as the body awakens, and once in the Autumn, as it prepares to bed down for the winter.
