TNC Direct

Our natural alternative to general practice is our TNC Direct service. This is for acute or immediate conditions, where you might normally take over-the-counter drugs or anti-biotics, or day-to-day family issues, like coughs and colds. Please note we can only offer this service if you are an existing patient of The Naturopathic Centre, as we can only prescribe where we know your clinical history.

How does it work?

If you are in any doubt please call us and we will advise you if your problem is suitable for TNC Direct or if you need to make an appointment. If your condition persists or is recurring then it may be reflective of an underlying imbalance and you will need to make an appointment.

Safety First

In certain acute situations you must first check with your GP or attend A&E, especially if you experience any of the following:

Serious dehydration
Cannot keep water down
Temperature above 104°C

If you are in doubt, please play it safe.

What we do

A response will usually be offered the same day. For most situations we will prescribe homeopathic remedies, which we will send out immediately (or you may collect the same day if you are local). We may also prescribe herbal tinctures, tissue salts, topical creams and gels, poultices or essential oils. These may take longer to arrive as they may have to be ordered.

Timing

If you contact us by 12 noon on any weekday, remedies will be sent overnight by first class post. On Saturdays there will be a reduced service and remedies may not arrive until Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

Cost

The cost of the service is £15 per query which covers the cost of prescribing, homeopathic remedies, post and packing. Other remedies such as herbal tinctures, supplements or tissue salts will require an additional payment to include product and postage. We will advise you of this before sending them out.

Payments

Immediate payment is requested. Major credit cards are accepted (not Amex).
